Our Community

Whilst we have special links to the Children’s Heart Surgery Fund (CHSF) in Leeds, we also have regular collections for other local charities such as Martin House Children’s Hospice in Boston Spa. We also provide prizes for many local community and charity events, supporting as many causes as we can and do our utmost to accommodate as many of the requests that we receive.

Since we opened, our customers have now helped us to raise almost £4,000 towards the Children’s Heart Surgery Fund, in support of my nephew Freddie, who was born in June 2009 with a major heart defect, alongside other complications.

Thanks to the Yorkshire Heart Centre at Leeds General Infirmary, Freddie now has a fully functioning heart and a wonderful childhood ahead of him. We continue to support the CHSF, to help other families achieve the same goal.
